Mr Woodburn takes referrals covering all aspects of arterial disease and he has a special interest in aortic aneurysms and vascular access for renal disease.
He undertakes open and endovascular aortic aneurysm surgery, carotid endarterectomy under general anaesthesia, and revascularisation surgery for upper and lower limb ischaemia. He also treats patients diagnosed with mesenteric ischaemia, as well as undertaking surgery to provide fistulas for patients requiring haemodialysis.
He works closely with his colleagues in interventional radiology to ensure that patients have access to all appropriate minimally invasive treatments for arterial and venous disease.
